My name is Savannah(call me Vanny) and I enjoy learning and experiencing new things. I especially love art, music being number one. I also enjoy writing, from music to literature, and thinking out of the norm. I believe I'm a very open-minded, optimistic person, and so I appreciate those who think the same around me. I'm multiracial myself and I remember how hard it was to categorize myself sometimes, for when I was younger I didn't feel excepted by the Black community nor the Latino. At times I still get this feeling but I brush it off. I don't need people to except me, as long as i except myself.... and I do :]
Anyway, just a brief intro of who I really am, and I look forward to making new friends by sharing what's important in life, Art.

Twilight (movie)

Okay so I recently watched Twilight the movie (yesterday actually) and I have to say, I'm a little disappointed. I absolutely adore the Saga and everything but I mean really,Robert Pattinson? Don't get me wrong, he's a very good actor but....he just didn't do it for me(that's what she said xD) That's just not how I pictured the drop dead gorgeous, Greek God, Edward Cullen really. There was a lot of people who weren't quite what I was expecting. Like Jasper,eh idk,he looked a little strange to me. And I understand it's very hard to cast people for a movie like this, where everyone is suppose to be SO beautiful, 'cause they still have to know how act ya know? Idk, it just didn't work. And if the shoe doesn't fit...
Now Alice! She was PERFECT! ADOREABLE!!, though not as petite as Steph described in the book, but again casting is hard work. I think Kristen Stewart played a good Bella, and James was very good as well. I guess I just had to complain LOL,gomen.

The movie all in all....I'd give it 3.5/5 stars. And that's not just based on the actors LOL, solely on the movie itself. In my opinion, it was quite boring in the beginning, the book was the same but it got interesting faster then the film. Only when they realized they were in love did the movie get a little more interesting. One of my favorite parts personally was the baseball game,exactly how I pictured it, better even! I'm sure that scene was really fun to film. The dance studio was a great scene as well, epic xD I was skeptical to whether I wanted to see the movie in the first place, but I guess it was a good thing I did. I'm glad all 4 movies are going to be made and I can't wait for Breaking Dawn! Hands down, that will be the best movie (next to New Moon perhaps).
